Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Generative AI Specialist to support the evaluation, development, and rollout of AI use cases across business functions. In this role, you will work with teams such as IT, Engineering, HR, Finance, and other business units to identify practical opportunities for Generative AI, help design suitable solutions, and support implementation in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. The focus of this role is to improve productivity, streamline processes, and help teams adopt AI solutions in a structured and responsible way.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Departmental Consulting
Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, pain points, and areas where AI could add value.
Translate business requirements into clear AI use cases and solution requirements.
Evaluate feasibility and expected business impact of proposed AI initiatives.
Support pilot projects and proof of concepts to validate AI use cases before wider rollout.
AI Solution Delivery
Contribute to the design and implementation of AI solutions such as knowledge assistants, automation use cases, or internal support tools.
Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and improve AI-driven workflows and assistants.
Support integration efforts by working with existing enterprise systems and APIs where required.
Follow defined standards, governance, and security practices while helping scale AI solutions across teams.
Change Management & Training
Support user adoption by helping teams understand how to use AI tools effectively in their daily work.
Create or maintain user documentation, usage guidelines, and basic training materials.
Gather feedback from users and project teams to improve solution quality and adoption over time.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent.
Experience :
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ Years in technical consulting, business analysis, or product management.
3+ years of experience actively designing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
Hands-on experience in Generative AI projects, such as pilots, prototypes, or production use cases.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting solution delivery in a business environment.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Soft Skills
Strong consulting approach with the ability to understand business needs and explain technical solutions clearly.
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to business and leadership teams.
Ability to adapt to different team needs, priorities, and working styles.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt design, and enterprise AI use cases.
Working knowledge of Python, APIs, and at least one enterprise AI platform such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
Preferred Skills :
Experience in designing and deploying enterprise Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI / LLM frameworks, with strong business consulting and stakeholder management skills

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
AI knowledge: Good understanding of large language models, prompt design, retrieval-based AI approaches, and common enterprise AI use cases.
Programming: Good knowledge of Python for scripting, data handling, Web application using .net or Java, connecting APIs.
Tools and frameworks: Experience with AI orchestration or development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools is an advantage.
Cloud and data platforms: Experience with AI services such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock, and familiarity with vector databases.
System integration: Good understanding of APIs and how enterprise applications connect with each other.
