Job Description

Global Product Management for Industrial Valves
Hydraulic on-off type valves
Hydraulic mechanical pressure, Flow and check valves
Guide the Industrial Hydraulic Valve Product Portfolio to be market-driven, globally competitive, and
aligned with customer needs to achieve sustainable sales growth and profitability.
Provide the Rexroth Sales Units a clear and suitable Product Portfolio with attractive and competitive
Products to gain and secure business.
Convey and represent Market Requirements to develop new ideal Products for our customers with
significant key buying factors and implement them into the Market.
Providing a profitable product portfolio
Keeping portfolio KPI’s (Turnover, Quantities, Target margin, Ramp-up success)
Definition of the target portfolio (Vision)
Global product responsibility throughout the E2E product life cycle
Owner of the product roadmap
Create launch strategy

Qualifications

B.E.: Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 1-5 Years
