About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team, specializing in web and mobile application design. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually engaging, and brand-compliant digital experiences across platforms. This role requires a strong balance of visual design expertise, UX thinking, and accessibility awareness, ensuring that every product we build is user-friendly, inclusive, and aligned with organizational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design responsive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and evaluate design effectiveness.
Work closely with UX researchers, developers, and product managers to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Interpret user journeys, personas, and use cases into well-structured UI flows and layouts.
Ensure brand consistency by following established brand guidelines, design systems, and style guides while contributing to their growth.
Create and manage UI assets, design libraries, and reusable components for scalable usage across projects.
Design with accessibility (WCAG 2.1), usability heuristics, and responsive best practices in mind.
Deliver detailed design specifications, UI kits, and handoff files (e.g., Figma, Zeplin, XD) for development teams.
Conduct design reviews and usability tests, iterating on feedback to refine designs.
Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
Required Skills:
Core Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience creating and shipping UI/UX designs for web and/or mobile applications.
User Research & Strategy
Proven ability to conduct user research, lead interviews, and facilitate usability testing to gather actionable insights.
Experience translating research findings into user flows, wireframes, and data-driven design decisions.
Design & Prototyping
High proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Expertise in building interactive prototypes to test concepts and communicate design intent.
Technical Knowledge & Best Practices
Solid understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and mobile-first design principles.
Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and core usability heuristics.
Familiarity with developer handoff workflows and tools (e.g., Figma Inspect, Zeplin).
Collaboration & Communication
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, engineers, and product managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing enterprise dashboards, SaaS platforms, or consumer mobile apps.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) for better developer collaboration.
Understanding of design systems (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, or custom corporate systems).
Motion design skills (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) for UI transitions and animations.
Prior experience working with corporate brand guidelines in large organizations.
