Job Description
Results-oriented Finance OTC Analyst with experience in Accounts Receivable management, collections, customer account maintenance, and dispute resolution. Skilled in managing customer portfolios, improving cash collection performance, analyzing aging reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support efficient Order-to-Cash operations and optimize cash flow.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the collection process and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Deliver excellent customer service while handling customer inquiries and payment-related matters.
- Investigate, raise, and coordinate the resolution of customer queries and account issues.
- Support the management of a broad Accounts Receivable portfolio.
- Maintain customer accounts and proactively communicate with customers to track and update expected payment dates.
- Help ensure timely cash collection and contribute to effective Accounts Receivable management.

Qualifications
Candidates with education suit the position:
Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Language and language level
English - Upper Intermediate (B2)
French - Advanced (C1)
Further foreign languages are an advantage.
