Job Description

Tasks:

  • responsibility for a strategic product group - filters for all countries in the SEO region: PL, CZ/SK, UA, MD, SCT countries, HU, RO, BU, HR, MK, SI, BA, XK
  • development of a pricing strategy for countries
  • creation of price lists based on the defined internal rules
  • definition and implementation of sales strategy together with the Country Sales Managers and Channel Managers
  • preparation of annual marketing plans together with the Communication and Trade Marketing Team  (sales promotions, advertising, articles, video, POS)
  • ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make smarter business and marketing decisions (market intelligence)
  • collaboration with sales and marketing teams located in different countries
  • cooperation with central departments in Germany like Business Unit, EU Product Lead and with Product Managers in other countries
  • preparation and conducting of product trainings for external and internal clients

Qualifications

Requested:

  • High analytical skills - collecting and analyzing data, proposing solutions
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent language skills: Polish and English
  • Ca. 3 years’ experience on the Product Manager position, preferable within Automotive Aftermarket
  • Team player with high flexibility and openness, being able to work collaboratively within virtual teams
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong self-motivation with persuasive skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel,
  • Academic education – Technical or Economical will be an advantage
