Job Description

Responsible for ensuring, developing, and optimizing pressing and screwdriving processes within manufacturing operations, ensuring their stability, quality, and continuous improvement. The following responsibilities apply to this special process domain:

  • Provide technical support to assigned processes to ensure compliance with established standards and support production requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve process issues to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Define, adjust, and document process parameters and controls to meet quality targets, improve process capability, and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate in the development, validation, and launch of new processes and equipment to implement robust solutions for efficient new product industrialization.
  • Participate in the selection, acquisition, commissioning, and release of new machinery to ensure compliance with technical specifications, performance targets, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the technical development of personnel through training to enhance productivity, reduce scrap, and strengthen team capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Force-joining processes, including pressing, crimping, and screwdriving.

  • Statistical methods and data analysis tools applied to manufacturing processes (e.g., SPC, process capability analysis, DOE).

  • Industrial safety standards and machinery systems, including operation, protection, and regulatory compliance.

  • Digital engineering tools for process analysis, monitoring, and optimization (e.g., data analysis, simulation, or data acquisition tools).

  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in a professional environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field).
