Job Description
This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)
As the Events Manager for Bosch Power Tools North America, you will be the driving force behind the brand's experiential marketing strategy. You will own the end-to-end planning and execution of critical brand activations, including major trade shows and user events.
This is a highly visible role responsible for creating immersive and memorable experiences that build brand loyalty, engage our target audience, and solidify Bosch's position as an industry leader. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to deliver flawless events that generate measurable results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, or 5-7 years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven expertise managing large-scale trade shows and experiential programs required
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple long-lead projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen to manage significant budgets and negotiating with external agencies and vendors
- Exceptional collaboration ability to lead through influence, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders
- Creative & innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends, with experience in creative development and leveraging PR and social media to amplify event impact

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000 to $122,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in the postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
