Job Description
Based on profound product & application know-how of power semiconductors, the Key Account Sales is responsible for B-to-B business development of Bosch SiC bare die, discrete devices and power modules across non-automotive industrial markets including ESS energy storage, Solar, AIDC AI data center, SST solid state transformer, Off-highway equipment and eVTOL:
- Manage full-lifecycle cooperation with key customers: conduct regular customer visits, capture new project demands, lead commercial negotiation, quotation, contract finalization and mass production delivery, cooperate with FAE & Product teams to drive product design-in, pre-sales technical support and project qualification at customer side.
- Collect critical application requirements and market pain points from key clients, feed back insights to local & global management team to optimize product portfolio and long-term product roadmap, with core focus on high-growth tracks of AIDC and SST.
- Collect industrial market intelligence, track competitor product roadmap, pricing strategy and industry trend, complete market & competitor analysis report to identify potential emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned annual sales & collection target, prepare key customer business forecast and account plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or other related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years professional sales experience in power semiconductor industry with proven existing key account resources in ESS, Solar, AIDC, SST or Off-highway industrial sectors.
- Solid technical expertise on SiC semiconductor including bare die, discrete components and power modules; capable of mapping customer system-level application requirements to product specification, packaging and customized development workflow.
- Excellent written and verbal English for seamless daily communication with global cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation and cross-stakeholder coordination capability to align internal global/local departments and external key clients & distribution partners under an international corporate environment.
- High self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset to pursue revenue growth, new customer penetration and breakthrough in emerging industrial segments.
- Able to work independently on full-scope key account management while maintaining close alignment with China and global Bosch teams for project synchronization.
