Are you looking to play a key role in driving the performance, consistency, and growth of the Bosch Car Service network — a globally recognised workshop concept supporting over 15,000 partner workshops worldwide.
This is a unique opportunity to combine operations, digital marketing, and network development in a highly visible, cross-functional role.
As the Workshop Systems & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will drive the success of the Bosch Car Service network across Australia and New Zealand by ensuring consistent execution, strong digital presence, and operational excellence across all partner workshops.
In this full-time, permanent role based at our Clayton headquarters you will act as the key connector between workshops, sales teams, and internal stakeholders—supporting both on-the-ground operations and digital ecosystem performance.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop Concept & Network Performance
- Drive implementation and compliance of Bosch Car Service standards across the network (brand, CI, customer experience, service processes)
- Provide operational coaching, audits, and action plans to improve workshop performance and consistency
- Support workshops with technical inquiries and system-related processes
- Act as the first point of contact for internal sales teams on workshop concept topics
- Lead rollout of new services, including business models, pricing strategies, and value-added services
Digital Ecosystem & Integration
- Manage on-boarding/off-boarding and optimisation of Bosch Car Service digital platforms
- Ensure integration across websites, CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing platforms
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting through Power BI and CRM systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and continuously enhance digital tools and functionality
- Communicate updates and drive adoption of digital solutions across the network
Marketing & Customer Experience
- Plan and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions aligned with workshop programs
- Manage social media content, ensuring brand alignment and quality
- Support new workshop acquisitions through targeted campaigns
- Coordinate events, webinars, and training sessions (logistics, communication, attendance)
Operations, Compliance & Governance
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with brand and digital standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, workflows, and marketing processes
- Monitor and manage digital presence, including content accuracy and take down requests
- Drive consistency across customer journey touch points and workshop processes
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with workshop partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Act as a cross-functional connector to resolve operational challenges and accelerate adoption
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the network
Qualifications
We are looking for an innovative thinker who works well in a team environment, is very results focused with an affinity to data, and displays a high level of attention to detail.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
Essential:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- Experience in franchise, network concepts, or workshop/service environments
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing execution
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Driver’s Licence
Desirable:
- Automotive industry experience (technical or sales exposure)
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce (C4C), Power BI or similar tools
- Experience supporting workshops or field-based networks
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills
