Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The main responsibilities for this position are:
- Improve maintenance plans thru work planning and control, using TPM techniques such as ACPD, OMM, and WPC.
- Deployment and Management of the system standards established by the company.
- Assist to Value Stream management in development of planned programs, ensures the compliance and execution of standards as well as ensures controls plant wide.
- Provide strong technical support for the value streams and at the same time a guiding hand for process standards.
- Active participation in meetings with lead plants
- Coaching and knowledge deployment to the VS-engineers (QTD and OMM)
- May serve as a coach / mentor to others.
Qualifications
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic).
- Leadership in Maintenance & Reliability
- Advanced Asset Management & Reliability Engineering (OMM – ACPD –WPC)
- Strong Data Analytics & Statistical Control
- Projects & Procurement knowledge (Project management)
- Lean methodologies
- Digital proficiency (MS Office & data tool)
- strong knowledge of indicators & calculation methods (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Tech Av.)
- knowledge asset management.
- Knowledge of failure analysis (RCA, FMEA, criticality analysis, PSS).
- Knowledge of predictive analytics tools and condition-based maintenance.
