Job Description
Build the Future of AI-Driven Quality Engineering
Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product Team to help ensure software quality for next-generation workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI and GenAI capabilities, our platform is transforming how enterprise software is designed, tested, and delivered at scale.
We are looking for highly motivated AI Software QA Interns who are passionate about Software Testing, Quality Engineering, and AI-assisted testing approaches. This is not a traditional QA internship — you will gain hands-on experience in real enterprise systems, modern QA practices, automation foundations, and AI-driven quality engineering environments.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
AI-Assisted Testing & Quality Validation
- Use AI tools to support test case generation and testing activities
- Validate AI-generated outputs with critical thinking and structured QA approaches
- Identify edge cases, defects, workflow gaps, and reliability risks
- Support functional, regression, and end-to-end testing activities
QA Engineering Foundations
- Develop and maintain manual test cases and testing documentation
- Support automation testing, quality validation, and defect tracking activities
- Learn Agile QA processes, SDLC, CI/CD, and modern testing practices
- Contribute to test coverage, reliability, and continuous quality improvement
Workflow & System Understanding
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA Engineers to understand business workflows and system behaviors
- Analyze integrated systems, workflow logic, and platform interactions
- Gain exposure to enterprise-scale testing and AI-native product environments
Learning & Team Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, team discussions, and review sessions
- Learn from coaching, feedback, and hands-on project experience
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to closure
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Final-year or senior student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- University recommendation/introduction letter for a 6-month internship is mandatory
- Able to work full-time from Monday to Friday or at least 4 days/week during internship period
- Good understanding of software/IT fundamentals and logical thinking
- Passion for Software QA, Testing, and Quality Engineering
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn mindset
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving capability
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to test automation, scripting, or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, or automation testing concepts
- Interest in AI/GenAI-assisted testing and intelligent quality engineering
- Experience in university projects, QA activities, or testing-related coursework
