Job Description
Drive Adoption for Global AI Workflow Platforms
Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization to help shape the future of intelligent workflow platforms used by nearly 500,000 users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI and GenAI capabilities, our platform powers mission-critical enterprise processes at global scale.
We are looking for a Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist who combines strong product storytelling, adoption strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution excellence to drive platform awareness, trust, and user adoption globally. This role goes beyond communication — you will help influence product adoption, enable transformation, and build long-term engagement across global stakeholders and internal customers.
What You Will Do
Product Marketing & Communication
- Own product messaging, positioning, and internal branding for global workflow platforms
- Translate complex AI, automation, and workflow concepts into clear business value and user-focused communication
- Develop executive presentations, newsletters, launch materials, playbooks, demos, and enablement content
- Create persona-based communication for Executives, IT teams, Process Owners, Citizen Developers, and End Users
Adoption & Change Enablement
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and migration initiatives across global stakeholders
- Support onboarding, training, UAT enablement, and user adoption programs
- Gather feedback and continuously improve communication effectiveness and adoption strategies
- Support Citizen Development enablement with clear governance and operational communication
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Engage with global stakeholders, leadership teams, and internal customers across regions
- Support webinars, workshops, product showcases, and transformation initiatives
- Build and grow user communities, champion networks, and engagement programs
- Ensure consistent, professional, and proactive communication across channels
Performance & Optimization
- Define and monitor adoption, engagement, and satisfaction KPIs
- Use data and insights to improve communication strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Contribute to AI product positioning with practical, credible, and user-centric messaging
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Platform Adoption, Enterprise Communication, or Change Enablement
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and executive communication capability
- Experience driving adoption programs, transformation initiatives, or enterprise platform rollouts
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and actionable messaging
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in global environments
- High ownership, execution discipline, and proactive mindset
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with workflow, automation, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
- Exposure to Low-Code / No-Code platforms or Citizen Development governance
- Experience with AI/GenAI-related products or transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of analytics, reporting, or data-driven marketing approaches
- Experience in change management, internal community building, or engagement programs
