About the Role

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment? This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both daily operations and significant strategic projects. You will develop critical administrative skills while leading initiatives that directly impact our team's professional presence and engagement.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage core HR administrative functions, including processing leave requests, tracking time & attendance, and maintaining digital filing systems.
  • Responsive Support: Provide timely and effective support for a variety of ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Team Lead, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Lead & Contribute To (Project Work):

  • Digital Brand Management: Take ownership as the Project Lead for HRS-MY's LinkedIn page, developing content, optimizing engagement, and enhancing our professional online presence.
  • Team Cohesion: Play a vital role in coordinating and executing team engagement activities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic Insights: Analyze HR data, identify trends, and prepare compelling presentations for our monthly department meetings, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Reflective Presentation: Culminate your experience by preparing and delivering a comprehensive final presentation detailing your internship journey, achievements, and key takeaways.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis) and Power Point.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and datasets.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferably 6 months of internship (please indicate your internship period in the resume).
