Job Description

  • The Sr SAP Business Process Consultant provides expert level of business process guidance on requirements and design, specifically in SAP Order to Cash (O2C).  

    Being a process expert of the O2C module, ensure defining business requirements, support prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions. Initiate necessary business process re-engineering to have effective and efficient operations. 

  • Process lead role for SAP Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing and Related Master Data)  
  • Proactively supports the business processes with issue identification and resolution, and process optimization. 
  • Proactively analyze the evolving SAP capabilities to meet the business requirements and work with key users to implement the process in the organization.  
  • Identify cross-functional topics and ensure the processes are aligned across modules with the support of Sub-Project leader.  
  • Detects and escalates necessary process decisions in the project regular meeting. 
  • Coordinates all training activities according to training concept and plan. 
  • Coordinates all testing activities and contributes to test plan creation.  
  • Coordinates data clean-up/migration activities with IT process consultant to support key users and team members. 
  • Support the key user community with user mentoring, process documentation, and end user training. 
  • Work with the key users to maintain process documentation and training tools. 
  • Act as contact window for IT process consultant to clarify open points and provide final decisions to IT process consultant (Second Level Support)
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams performing a variety of functions. 
  • Independently analyze and solve problems of the highest complexity. 
  • Provide guidance to various departments and/or associates engaged in a variety of company initiatives. 
  • Serve as a consultant to other departments on problems requiring theoretical and practical information exchange. 
  • Assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity. 
  • Coordinate the analysis and resolution of difficult and complex problems and special assignments. 
  • Plan, maintain, and evaluate work to be performed by self and others.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE and CERTIFICATION:

Required:

  • Bachelors in IT/Business or related field 
  • 5 years’ experience in business process consultancy worked in one or more SAP implementation projects. 
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in SAP environment as process expert with full working knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (S&D) Module; familiarity with other SAP modules.

  • Strong business process consultancy skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization (Key users, Managers and Clients)

ABILITIES:

Required:

  • Ability to influence without direct authority. 
  • Ability to solve problems that may require modifying and adapting standard techniques. 
  • Minimum travel required.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $128,00 - $142,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
