Job Description
The Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production operations to ensure a seamless workflow, proper allocation of resources, and strict adherence to production schedules. This position serves as a key link between production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to guarantee that all manufacturing activities run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. Additionally, the Manufacturing Coordinator proactively minimizes downtime, resolves operational issues in a timely manner, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing performance and productivity.
Qualifications
-English B2. "Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization.
Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party.
Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options."
• Recovery process definition
• Production support and improvement.
• Problem solving.
• Quality planning (production relevant documentation, special characterisitcs).
• Support for new projects and new releases.
• Monitor productivity and improve and stabilize Manufacturing KPIs specially IDC (Scrap) and RR% (Reject Rate)
• Ensure production quality and be the Interface to quality. Create and review production related quality documentation (e.g.: P-FMEA, control plan, work instructions, special characteristics, dummy tests, capability studies).
• Solves problems across functions
• Problem solving methods
• Data Analysis (FlexQDais, MAS, SAP, OIS, PowerBI)
• Statistical knowledge (capabilities)
• Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Mini Project Management skills (Demonstrates project management skills including planning, prioritizing and monitoring)
• POKA (preferred)
• MTM (preferred)
