Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Recruiter / HR Generalist to support both talent acquisition and core human resources functions. This role is ideal for an HR professional who has strong experience recruiting technical talent while also contributing across broader HR operations and employee support activities.
This position is approximately 60% technical recruiting and 40% HR generalist responsibilities; however, the allocation may shift based on business needs, hiring volume, and organizational priorities.
In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering positions, this role will play a key part in supporting onboarding, employee relations, training and development, employee engagement, and other HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Technical Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and other specialized technical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy development, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, position nuances, and workforce planning needs.
• Source and attract qualified technical talent using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and job postings.
• Ensure a positive, professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
HR Generalist
• Support onboarding programs, including coordination, documentation, and continuous improvement of the new hire experience.
• Support employee relations activities by providing guidance, documentation support, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Support training and development initiatives, including coordination, content development, facilitation, and administration of learning and development programs.
• Assist with employee engagement and HR programs designed to enhance culture, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Leverage HR technology and digital tools to improve reporting, data analysis, process efficiency, and employee experience.
Qualifications
• BA/BS in Human Resources, Management, Business or related field
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for engineering or other specialized technical roles.
• Working knowledge of HR Generalist functions, including employee relations, training and development, among others.
• Knowledge of state, federal and local employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS and ATS (SmartRecruiter) systems desired.
Additional Information
- This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
- This position works Monday-Friday; overtime and on-call support when necessary.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$93,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
