Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Run sourcing projects for the Material field Facility Management (Source to Contract)
Engage with Key Stakeholders to understand the current & future demand and develop the sourcing strategy
Engage with key suppliers to establish deep supplier relationships and build/extend relationships across the divisions (supplier mentorship).
Manage suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, incl. data quality, supplier evaluation, contract management
Lead the negotiation of complex contracts
Focus on purchasing automation / e-commerce & using indirect purchasing IT tools & platform
Design Negotiation Strategies and execute under competition as well as w/o competition
Maintain a high level of product and industry awareness to keep current on best practices, new suppliers, market trends, etc.
Define and implement category strategies that meet Bosch needs.
Effectively communicate category strategies to the internal stakeholders & Suppliers
Steer global/cross-divisional projects of strategical importance and effectively balancing the RFQ process and TCO evaluation of suppliers against the business stakeholder's requirements.
Perform total cost of ownership evaluations and supply-market researches
Evaluate complex situations to develop and implement a preferred solution for the maximum benefit of the business.
Drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality performance.
Maintain Master-Data in various IT systems
Handle cross-sectional tasks for departmental and organizational development.
Ensure fulfillment of compliance requirements
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical/Industrial/Electronics
Experience :
5-8 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts Management
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Experiences in negotiation & Supplier management
Sourcing & contract management in indirect Purchase
Excellent communication and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
Preferred Skills :
