At Bosch, you will play a key role in shaping a safer, healthier, and more sustainable industrial environment. As an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Technician, you will actively contribute to ensuring compliance, reducing environmental impact, and driving forward sustainability initiatives.

Your contribution to something big:

• Monitoring and improving EHS management systems in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO14001 and EMAS standards;
• Monitoring legal and regulatory requirements in environmental and safety areas;
• Conducting risk assessments, including environmental and chemical hazards;
• Conducting audits and supporting compliance activities;
• Developing and implementing safety and environmental improvement programs;
• Driving initiatives and projects to reduce waste based on circular economic concept;
• Supporting Bosch’s sustainability strategy and continuous improvement process.  

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field;
• CAP of Senior Occupational Health & Safety Technician.

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience in an industrial environment in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related functions;
• Experience implementing, maintaining and improving Management Systems according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and EMAS standards.  

Know-how

• Strong understanding of environmental and occupational health & safety legislation, regulations and standards;
• Experience in audits, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.  

Languages

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Structured and autonomous way of working;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams.
