Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Digitalization Engineer to support plant digital transformation and IT governance. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve data management, support IT projects, and ensure compliance with Bosch standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage governance of plant IT solutions in line with Bosch policies and regulations. 
  • Develop and standardize data management processes together with Data Stewards. 
  • Identify and resolve issues from data self-evaluation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate benefit and business case calculations.
  • Support IT project management activities and implementation tasks.
  • Assist with essential tasks assigned by plant leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Basic English communication skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong coordination and teamwork skills
