1. To Take care of Plant infrastructure, Building, office interior and other civil infrastructure.

1. To Take care of Facility Related Spares / Consumable / Material Procurement along with preparation BOQ, quotation receiving from vendor, Purchase requisition and preparation in SAP, Bonaparte and coordination with Purchase, Finance team and vendor.

1. To Lead ISO related activities for Quality, Safety, Environment and Energy management

1. Coordination with internal department for Facility related services

1. To Take care of Facility Related Legal Activities as per Factory Act Requirement.

1. To take care of Operation and Maintenance of Utilities i.e. HVAC, Water treatment, Fire Fighting, compressor, Material Handling system etc.

B.E. / Diploma in Civil with 6 to 8 years of experience

Preferred Knowledge / Skills:

1. Technical know how for Industrial plant and office Facility.
2. Knowledge for civil and office interior set up.
3. Project management: Planning, tendering, procurement, execution and Billing and drawing.
4. Legal Norms and Factory Acts related to Industry
5. Hands on Experience for Industrial / Estate related Civil.
6. Can handle contract manpower for civil activities.
7. Hands on Knowledge on costing and budgetary activities
8. Hands on Experience to handle multiple activities through third party or contract labors
9. Knowledge of industrial rules and standards related to Facility and Plant infrastructure
10. Knowledge of Auto cad to prepare plants, designs and review existing drawing.
11. Knowledge of M S Office, Power BI for data monitoring and documentations., Knowledge of AutoCAD etc.
12. Knowledge on upgradation of Civil Rules and new Techniques available in Market
13. Knowledge on Office interior, furniture, land scaping etc.
