Job Description
- Pneumatic Test Bench – Process owner
- Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS)
- Ensure testing machine capability (Cg,Cgk),
- GRR Lead process control & optimization (to meet Quality, Productivity, Failure cost targets)
- Evaluate testing failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation
- Continuous Improvement (eg - Kaizen & Yokoten)ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation
- Implement digital EWS to detect testing failures proactively and reduce downtime/scrap

Qualifications
BE/BTech Mechanical
5+ years experience in testing
