Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to join our growing organization in Jaipur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work to expand our market presence while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's trajectory through strategic thinking and proactive business development initiatives.

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and strategic engagement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies and identify emerging opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and organizational capabilities
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while protecting organizational interests
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely closure of opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client requirements and drive customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform strategic planning and positioning
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, performance data, and key performance indicators to optimize results and identify improvement areas
  • Participate in industry events, networking activities, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles with demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed targets
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and business development strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market dynamics and identify strategic business opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with the local Jaipur market and regional business landscape (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments (preferred)
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management (preferred)
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
