Design and development of hydraulic products – Axial Piston pumps & Motors (positive displacement) for Mobile hydraulics applications Good understanding of Hydraulic Schematic and circuit design Good understanding of various control systems including pressure compensation, load sensing etc. and selection to the requirements & applications Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation Good knowledge in Problem solving methods and solutioning. Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products GD&T, tolerance Stack up Application in Hydraulics Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards Mobile Hydraulics domain knowledge is must. Good communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced Skills :Digital Pump / Software-Controlled Pump Design: Experience in designing pumps with individually controlled pistons managed by software for high efficiency and flexibility.Advanced NVH Analysis: Proven ability to analyze and mitigate Noise, Vibration, and Harshness in complex hydraulic systems.
