1. AI‑Assisted Testing & Intelligent Validation

• Use AI tools to draft test cases and test scenarios
• Validate AI‑generated outputs with critical thinking and QA rigor
• Learn how modern QA pipelines work: user stories → test cases → automation
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and risks in AI‑generated tests and provide structured improvement feedback

2. Manual & Automation Foundations 

• Learn to develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test scripts
• Document test phases, defects, and bug reports clearly and professionally
• Execute functional and regression testing across workflow applications and platform features
• Support quality validation through UAT cycles where applicable
• Gain exposure to automation growth, coverage metrics, and AI‑assisted testing

3. System Thinking: Workflows, Integrations & Reliability

• Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and Senior QA engineer to deeply understand workflows and requirements
• Analyze defects and system behavior across integrated, multi‑system environments
• Learn quality engineering practices that scale, including a performance and reliability mindset
