Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications or in a similar role
• Bilingual proficiency (English–Spanish) at a B2 level or higher.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong creativity and innovation skills, with the ability to develop engaging communication strategies and content.
• Solid knowledge of design platforms and audiovisual production tools for creating impactful communication materials.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools to enhance content creation, communication efficiency, and audience engagement.
