• Concept and Project Leadership: Design the technical infrastructure of the "Smart Fleet" service to be offered to external markets and manage pilot implementations.
• System Integration: Define standards for integrating next-generation GPS, telematics, and IoT devices into vehicles and optimize data flow.
• Turning Data into Value: Analyze vehicle data (fuel, location, fault codes, driving behavior) and design cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing solutions for external clients.
• Software Management: Act as a bridge with the product team to ensure the development of the fleet management (SaaS) software in line with user needs.
• Strategic Reporting: Provide management with regular development and expansion strategies based on market analyses and technological trends. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with a strong analytical mindset
• Solid technical knowledge of vehicle tracking systems, GPS hardware, and vehicle communication protocols (e.g., CAN-bus, OBD-II)
• Experience in analyzing raw vehicle data and translating insights into actionable outputs to improve fuel efficiency, driving safety, and operational performance
• Hands-on experience in fleet management (SaaS) solutions and ability to convert business/user needs into technical requirements
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes, including Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, and deployment of new technologies
• Strong awareness of global mobility trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate them into scalable commercial solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and operational functions
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and potential for future leadership roles
