Your contribution to something big:

• To conduct periodic visits to Concept (Elite & Premium) dealers within the area of responsibility.
• To identify new potential concept dealers and onboard them into the system in line with regional needs and company strategies
• Monitor and analyze the commissioning (start-up) performance of concept dealers within the area of responsibility and take necessary actions to improve performance
• Ensure concept dealers within the area of responsibility operate in line with defined concept criteria and contractual requirements, maintaining consistent standards
• Support concept dealers within the area of responsibility on technical, sales-related, and similar topics, contributing to their development
• Conduct field competitor analysis and define market dynamics within the area of responsibility

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Located in İzmir
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Able to work actively in a team
• Have a driving license and open for travel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-discipline, adaptable to mobile working model
• Self-motivated
• Ability to use of English is an asset
• Good use of MS office programs
