The division ‘Electrified Motion’ operates in a fast-paced and innovative environment full of exciting tasks. As an intern, you'll actively contribute to project management purchasing in a highly evolving, international supply chain, working closely with cross-functional teams and global customers and suppliers, like EV manufacturers. You will gain firsthand project purchasing management experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication and operational support in electrified powertrain solutions for e-machines and eAxle systems. Under expert guidance you will take full ownership of selected tasks to develop both your purchasing and project management skills.

Job Description
• Maintain and develop Power BI Dashboards
• Coordinate supplier communication
• Prepare contracts and legal documents (non-disclosure agreements)
• Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings
• Participate in supplier calls and on-site visits
• Participate in technical discussions with suppliers
• Support new customer projects
• Support in workshop preparation
Qualifications
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university
• Availability of minimum 6 months, target start date July
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Experience with PowerBI is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient level of English skills, Chinese would be a strong bonus
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
