A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

Job Description

Industrial Engineering (IE) 50%:

Support the development and implementation of standardized work and efficient work systems. This includes activities such as line balancing, StAB analysis, layout design, man-machine charts, and Methods-Time Measurement (MTM). Contribute to process confirmation, work system design, and ergonomic evaluations to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and compliance with IE standards.

CIP in indirect areas (LEAN) 30%:

Support the planning and execution of LEAN initiatives in indirect areas. Assist in developing project plans, coordinating activities, and tracking progress. Contribute to continuous improvement by organizing workshops, collecting stakeholder feedback, supporting leadership initiatives, and driving improvement actions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Bosch Production System (BPS) 20%

Support BPS-related activities, including the preparation and facilitation of training sessions and workshops, to promote understanding and implementation of BPS principles across the organization.

Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Strong moderation and presentation skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders

Good English skills, both written and spoken

High interest in energizing others, with a passion for motivating and supporting team members

•  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.
•  Monthly allowance and housing allowance
