Job Description
Join Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS)—a fast-growing, global startup within Bosch focused on cloud-based platforms and AI-enabled supply chain solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven B2B marketer who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing programs.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will work on real products, real campaigns, and real business impact, collaborating across regions and partner ecosystems to drive demand, enable sales, and elevate the MPS brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to business objectives and tied directly to an annual marketing budget
- Own channel strategy and resource planning across owned, earned, and paid media
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution, from concept through measurement and optimization
- Conduct market sizing, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategy
- Create and maintain competitor quick cards and positioning materials for internal stakeholders
Campaign & Channel Management
- Lead multi-channel B2B campaigns across:
- Email, search, social, affiliate, sponsorships
- CTV/ATV, digital out-of-home, display, and print
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, Google Display Network preferred)
- Manage event marketing, including trade shows, conferences, and partner-sponsored events
- Track performance, ROI, and pipeline impact using marketing analytics and reporting tools
Content & Sales Enablement
- Create and manage compelling visual and written content including:
- Sales enablement materials
- Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Use cases and customer stories
- Event and campaign collateral
- Partner closely with sales to support enablement initiatives and pipeline acceleration
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
- Drive co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners such as AWS (and others including Snowflake)
- Collaborate with Bosch’s internal partner network to identify joint opportunities and shared campaigns
- Support partner-led campaign deployments and go-to-market initiatives
- Actively build relationships across Bosch to understand where MPS software aligns with other Bosch products and solutions
Budget & Project Management
- Own and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and ROI tracking
- Lead project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate across internal teams and regions to prioritize and execute initiatives effectively
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field
- 2+ years of professional work experience within Marketing, Sales or Business Development
- Experience supporting or executing product launches, brand launches, or go-to-market initiatives
- Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies, creative partners, or media vendors
- Experience with media planning and paid media buying (e.g., digital, radio, streaming platforms such as iHeart or Pandora)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Highly motivated team player that works independently and takes ownership of tasks and projects
- General understanding of marketing, print production, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an understanding of traditional enterprise company needs
