Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, bundling Bosch’s two-wheeler and powersports activities cross divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit we act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products.

With our headquarter in Yokohama, Japan and branches in the United States, Europe, India, ASEAN and China, we coordinate two-wheeler and powersports activities all around the world.

This entry level role operationally assumes the responsibility in the 2WP Quality Management department with the intention to develop as a Quality Management professional over the following years. 

Some of the initial core tasks include, but not limited to:
• Management of the unit's IATF16949 compliant Quality Management System as the Process Architect
• Support the team the coordination of the unit's Business Reports to 2WP management and the Bosch Quality headquarters. After one year, ideally lead the business reporting
• Interface with 2WP partner-GB Quality Management organizations to standardize data inconsistencies. 
• Monitor KPIs concerning the department's objectives

Ideally Seeking a candidate with the following attributes:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Can demonstrate the ability to effectively manage a high workload across various types of activities independently, sometimes with conflicting priorities.
- Sound reasoning skills as well as the ability to successfully manage discussions with personnel across all levels of hierarchies.

Condition: Local contract in Japan

Location: Yokohama Office in Japan as 2WP HQ.
