1. Check submission status, advances, payment requisitions, and travel requests in PowerApps
2. Check and verify documents in SmartFix
3. Post all invoices and tax invoices to SAP
4. Follow up on INAP SIIM
5. Assist with IDS payments/Swift payment
6. Reconcile FEBAN (Bank Statements)
7. Prepare monthly listings of sales tax invoices for Trading Goods (TG) and Customer Services (CS)
8. Daily check price settings
9. Handling transaction invoices for BSH Hausgeräte GmbH and Robert Bosch GmbH

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP
• Able to support and assist team members effectively
• Available to work five days per week
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Fast learner and highly reliable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
• Ability to handle data entry accurately
• Eager to learn and highly inquisitive
