This position will cover:

• Book to Report (B2R) function covering financial reporting (monthly close, preparation of account reconciliation, support internal and external audit).

1. Responsible for one of the plant’s General Ledger which includes:-

• Ensure Bosch Central Directive, regulations and guidelines related to general ledger management is in compliance.
• During month-end close - Perform month-end closing tasks as 1st level escalation with VN shared service and ensure all related postings are properly taken up, approve of all journal posting before posted by VN shared service.
• For internal Reporting – complete monthly and yearly financial Reporting and SAP management accounts by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of Reporting, leading to monthly financial Reporting meeting.
• During the month, approve all monthly reconciliation prepared by VN shared service.
• Support External financial audits and responsible for external Local Statutory Reporting.

2. Coach a junior team member handling liquidation of 1 of the plants.

3. Support automation or digitalization initiatives as interface with technical departments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Candidates with commercial or industry-based finance experience are preferred.

• Good working knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI, and a solid understanding of FI/CO processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Edge, and MS Teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of commitment and initiative; self-motivated, flexible, creative, and enthusiastic about innovative topics.
