Roles & Responsibilities:

Performs tasks in E2E processes/MEC/YEC

Process improvements, Automation & other initiatives (CIP etc.)

Accounting for general ledger, sub ledger and customer ledger  

Billing activities (Service, Self-Billing)

Issuing of Credit Notes and price debit notes

Controls and monitors quality performance with KPIs (target KPI, service delivery, service specification)

Responsible for process descriptions in the Country / Region

Identifies process weaknesses and initiates CIP (continuous improvement)

Preparation of weekly and monthly reports

Collaboration with Collection Team and user departments

Managing of Digital Business activities

Timely update of DtPs (Desktop procedures) & OMP (office monitoring procedures) guidelines

Ensuring completion of tasks related to compliance – GST

Reporting customer reconciliation status

Educational qualification:

CA/CMA Qualified

Experience :

+4 years of work experience in accounts receivable (AR) domain

Mandatory/requires Skills :
·       Hands on experience with SAP is a MUST

·       Good Knowledge of Indirect Taxes

Preferred Skills :
·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is a MUST

·       Experience with tools such as Power BI/Tableau is preferred

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

·       Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
