Job Description
The Head of Learning & Development (and Bosch Training Center – India) provides strategic leadership to strengthen learning culture and capability development across RO-IN. The role enables the region’s future readiness by shaping impactful, scalable, personalized and digitally enabled learning solutions aligned with business priorities and the regional people strategy. Additionally, the role also leads the Bosch Training Center (BTC) India and advances the BTC Alliance agenda, ensuring high-impact learning solutions that support the region’s capability-building priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of future-focused competency development and transformational learning programs across technical, functional and leadership domains.
- Serve as a resident expert in Learning & Development and mentor a team of learning consultants, product managers and domain experts (Leadership, Learning, OD, Culture, UX, Quality) to enable organizational transformation and enhance business performance
- Lead enterprise-wide learning, leadership development and organizational development initiatives, including consulting engagements with business units.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, leadership and collaboration through coaching, positive leadership practices and development initiatives.
- Lead digital learning innovation and drive the implementation of state-of-the-art learning platforms, tools and methodologies to enhance accessibility, scalability and effectiveness.
- Explore and build external partnerships and innovation eco-system to develop people products
- Strengthen robust governance and measurement frameworks to track learning impact, capability growth, and business outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with global learning standards, processes, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate/Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- 15+ years of professional experience with exposure to business, plant/manufacturing and related fields
- Exposure to the manufacturing industry and learning & development environment. Relevant certifications in areas such as Learning & Development, Organizational Development (OD), Coaching or related fields will be an added advantage.
