Job Description

💼 Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong “hunter” mindset to drive new business acquisition across the APAC region. This role is built for individuals who enjoy prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals. You will take ownership of the top-of-funnel pipeline, actively pursuing new customers and creating revenue opportunities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition (Core Focus)

  • Aggressively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across target markets
  • Drive outbound sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Own the early-to-mid sales cycle, from first contact to proposal stage

2. Sales Execution

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop and tailor proposals to meet customer needs
  • Work towards and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain high activity levels (calls, meetings, demos, proposals)

3. Market Development

  • Actively map target accounts, industries, and decision-makers
  • Identify new market segments and growth opportunities
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer trends

4. Collaboration & Deal Closing

  • Work closely with senior sales team members to close deals
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to align solutions with customer requirements
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals for implementation

5. Sales Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics

Qualifications

👤 Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 0–2 years of sales experience OR strong interest in pursuing a sales career
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales platforms (e.g. Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with strong drive and commercial mindset are encouraged to apply
  • An interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or cold chain logistics industry is preferred
