Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support the development of regional business strategies, market assessments, and growth initiatives across ASEAN. This role provides exposure to both organic growth planning (new markets, products, internal strategy) and inorganic growth activities (partnerships, investment assessments).

Tasks:

Market Intelligence & Research:
-Monitor regional trends, conduct analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

-Assist in evaluating new market or product opportunities, growth prognosis and assess competitive landscapes.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:
-Support partnership portfolio reviews, preparation of proposals/presentation and business case development


Executive Reporting:
-Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and internal intelligence tools and support recurring strategy updates.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.


Digital:
-E-commerce initiatives, integrate AI and digital tools into strategic analysis and decision-making processes


-Any other topics as assigned by director or manager.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or related fields. [Open for master’s and international candidates.]
     
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with interpersonal competence.
     
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (Power BI is an added advantage)
     
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is an added advantage
     
  • Great verbal and written communication skills and teamwork skills

  • Able to work full time (5 days a week) for a period of 6 months or more.
     
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic regional environment.
     
  • Previous internship or project experience related to strategy & market prognosis
