Job Description
In this position you will report to the Finance organization and be an important support member to the North American Team with a concentration on supporting Automotive Service Solution (MA-AS) project calculations, financial forecasting, planning, reporting & analysis.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information for month-end close.
- Participates in the development of monthly forecasts, annual financial plan, and long-term growth plans. This includes loading said data into our Hyperion Oracle Essbase (OHEP) system.
- Prepares consolidated reports and analysis as needed, provides monthly variance analysis and reporting on actual vs. forecast/plan results.
- Act as business partner for the US MA-AS legal entity. Provide consulting and recommendations to the regional business leaders to drive profitability.
- Coordinate project calculation process for the MA-AS business unit in North America.
- Provide a variety of Ad-Hoc Reports and Analysis.
- Financial analysis and business support for all applicable North American operational teams as needed.
- Ability to travel as needed to other business locations as necessary.
- Other NA Tools and Service Solutions projects as required.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, preferred but not required.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFP) in areas of expertise, preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of progressive work experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and Essbase, or equivalent system.
- Experience with automation and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI), preferred by not required
- Ability to review data on a detailed level and recognize its relationship to the overall bigger picture.
- Ability to interact with senior leadership and present complex information in a concise manner.
- Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
- Ability to drive solutions to complex operations and financial issues.
- Creative thinker to challenge the status quo and think out of the box to improve profitability and/or processes.

Additional Information
The hybrid location can either be Plymouth, MI or Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
