Job Description
As an Expert for Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis, you will play a critical role in shaping one of fast growing Bosch's mobility business units Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC)'s strategic direction in ASEAN. You will analyze market trends, provide strategic insights, support communication activities, and drive business development across the region.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry news, analyze market trends, and provide regular insights to XC East Asia management
- Actively participate in global and regional Market Intelligence communities
- Analyze competitor and OEM activities, incl. financial reports and strategic moves
- Develop and implement political consulting strategies to support XC’s market position in ASEAN
- Build strong networks with government and non‑government institutions
Business Unit Consultant
- Support strategy development for XC East Asia
- Provide global/regional insights to key stakeholders within the business unit
External & Internal Communication
- Support both external (customer events) and internal communication activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize customer tech showcases and product demos for OEMs
Leading Intern
- Hire, supervise, and develop an intern to support market intelligence activities
Qualifications
💡 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of automotive industry experience
- Preferably experienced in ADAS, infotainment, or body electronics
- Fluent in English; strong presentation and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work across networks and hierarchies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to shape XC’s future in ASEAN
- Systematic, flexible, curious, and comfortable working in uncertainty
