• Cunostinte de operare masina CNC;
• Să studieze cu atenţie maşinile pentru a diagnostica la timp eventualele nereguli de funcţionare conform planului de mentenanta preventiva;
• Buna interpretare a desenelor tehnice;
• Start masina si evaulare status scule plus program;
• Selecteaza programul necesar in functie de PN care se produce;
• Prelucreaza piesa de test;
• Executa masuratorile sculelor si introduce datele in programul masinii;
• Face corectiile dimensionale in program functie de masuratorile de pe piesa de test;
• Scaneaza comanda pentru alegerea corecta a programului de masurare;
• Start productie de serie;
• Masoara anumite cote pe piese si ajusteaza parametrii de program;
• Corectiile de parametrii trebuie sa asigure dimensiunile si tolerantele corecte cf.desen;
• Schimba sculele ruleaza programul de masurare si introduce datele in programul masinii atunci cand nu sunt preluate automat;
• Schimbare format mecanic la masina pentru asigurarea prinderii pieselor pe dispozitivele de fixare conform cu PN prelucrat ;
• Manipuleaza piesele inainte si dupa prelucrare(incarcare masina cu piese brute, descarcare masina de piesele prelucrate) conform cu instructiunile de lucru;
• Verificare vizuala a suprafetelor prelucrate;
• Face debavurare pentru anumite suprafete acolo unde sunt cerinte;
• Masoara anumite cote pe piese pentru conformitate cu desenul produsului finit;
• Inregistreaza pe documentele de inregistrare date, control card sau alte sisteme automate de stocare date, diferite valori conform cu CP;
• Escaladeaza in caz de defecte masini, neconformitati conform plan de escaladare;
• Aceste sarcini sunt completate sau excluse conform cu instructiunile si cerintele specifice locului de munca unde sunteti repartizat.
