Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Job Description

The associate will be leading Logistics quality function from raw material till finished goods in logistics.

Regular:

Complaints management: Managing customer and production complaints related to logistics

 and close looping with actions.

Stake holder collaboration: Interacting with suppliers and internal teams to improve product quality

Problem solving:  Investigate quality issues, conduct audits and implement corrective and preventive actions

with sustainable measures using quality tools.

Claims handling: Address transit damage issues and claim for insurance wherever applicable.

Periodic:

Audits and Visits: Coordinate with multiple customers and system audits

Documents management:  Keep FMEA, control plan and other standards up to date.

Trainings: Conduct frequent trainings to logistics associates on 14Q principles, FMEA and problem solving.

 

Qualifications

BE/BTech in Mechanical / Electronics with 7 to 9 years of experience in logistics quality or quality related functions.

Additional Information

Technical Competency:

Strong knowledge on problem solving, FMEA, control plan, 7 QC tools and  14Q principles.

Additional knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office is desirable
