AI & Knowledge Operations_MPIN

  • Full-time
  • Legal Entity: Mobility Platform and Services

Company Description

About MPS

MPS is Bosch’s managed platform services business, operating across India, Europe, and North America. We build and operate technology platforms for mobility, logistics, and industrial customers. Our leadership team makes decisions weekly about pricing, market entry, partnerships, governance, technology, and operations — across three continents.

Job Description

The Role

The knowledge to support those decisions exists. An AI infrastructure to surface it exists — a knowledge graph with semantic search, automation workflows, a document publishing pipeline, and a structured knowledge base. What’s missing is the person who operates it daily — assembling briefings, building proposals and quotations, supporting financial models, and routing knowledge — so leaders spend their time on markets and partners, not searching for what the organisation already knows.

You’ll work directly with 3-5 MPS business heads. You’ll be mentored by the executive who built the reference architecture. You’ll be up and running within three months:

Month 1: Operate and Absorb Sit in meetings. Produce summaries. Assemble your first briefings. Learn the knowledge base, the tooling, and the people. Build trust through small things done exactly right.

Month 2: Deliver Independently Draft proposals and financial models. Prepare meeting packs without hand-holding. Build new automation workflows. Start surfacing information before it’s asked for.

Month 3: Infrastructure Live Replicate the AI knowledge operations infrastructure within the MPS enterprise environment. Knowledge graph operational. Workflows running. Documentation complete. The system works independently of any single person.

What You’ll Do

You use AI to do all of this. The reference architecture exists. Your job is to engineer the right context, run the right workflows, and deliver leadership-ready output. You don’t do this manually. You build and operate AI workflows that do it.

Briefings & Decision Support Assemble context from the knowledge base to produce leadership-ready briefings, option analyses, and background documents — often within hours of a request.

Proposals, Quotations & Financial Models Draft and structure customer proposals, quotations, and financial models using existing templates, pricing data, and market research. Ensure numbers are current and sourced.

Meeting Preparation Build context packs and pre-reads before partner, board, and leadership meetings. After: capture action items and track follow-through.

Market & Competitive Intelligence Monitor policy changes, competitor moves, and regulatory updates across India, Europe, and North America. Surface what’s relevant before it’s asked for.

Report & Presentation Production Produce polished documents (DOCX, PDF) for board meetings, client engagements, and partner discussions using the existing publishing pipeline.

Communication Drafting Draft emails, internal notes, and responses for leadership review. Match tone and context to the audience.

Engagement Tracking Maintain status, documentation, and proposal versions across active customer and partner engagements using git-based version control.

Knowledge Routing & Maintenance Know where things live — or find them fast. Route requests through the knowledge graph and git history. Keep the knowledge base current: new documents indexed, stale content flagged.

Workflow Building Build and extend AI workflows — new prompts, automations, retrieval patterns — that make future requests faster. What takes an hour today should take ten minutes next month.

Qualifications

What You Must Already Bring

  • Graduate in any discipline (0-3 years experience) — engineering, business, liberal arts. We care about what you can do, not what you studied.
  • Demonstrated ability to use LLMs effectively on the command line — prompt engineering, context assembly, iterative refinement. Show us, don’t tell us.
  • Comfortable with Python scripting — not software engineering, but enough to read, modify, and extend existing scripts
  • Working knowledge of git — version control as a daily tool, not a classroom exercise
  • Proficient in Excel — formulas, financial models, structured data. Not just formatting.
  • Strong written English — you’ll draft documents that reach board rooms and client tables
  • Ability to read a business document and extract what matters — pricing structures, competitive positioning, governance frameworks — without needing the domain explained twice
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leaders — listening to what’s asked, understanding what’s actually needed, and asking the right clarifying questions
  • Can communicate clearly and concisely — in person, on calls, and in writing
  • Handles pressure without drama — leadership requests come with tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and incomplete information. You stay steady, ask what you need, and deliver.
  • Treats business information with absolute discretion — strategy, pricing, financials, and board materials are not for casual conversation
  • Prioritises without hand-holding — when five requests arrive at once, you triage by impact and deadline, then communicate what’s moving and what’s waiting
  • Meticulous with numbers and details — what you produce goes to boards and clients. Errors aren’t typos, they’re credibility problems.
  • Flexible on time zones — Bengaluru-based, but MPS operates across India, Europe, and North America. Occasional early morning or late evening calls, typically 2-3 per week.
  • Takes initiative — the best version of this role anticipates what leadership needs before they ask for it

Also preferred:

  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with APIs — calling them, understanding request/response patterns, basic troubleshooting
  • Exposure to knowledge management tools or document pipelines (markdown, pandoc, templating systems)
  • A side project, blog, or portfolio that shows initiative beyond coursework

Additional Information

What You’ll Master Here

You arrive with skills. You build judgement fast. Within your first year you’ll master:

  • MPS business context — platform economics, logistics, mobility infrastructure, cross-geography operations. Not from a textbook — from briefings you assemble and meetings you sit in.
  • Executive communication — how board packs differ from client proposals. What a business head actually needs versus what they ask for. How to calibrate tone across India, Europe, and North America.
  • Enterprise AI deployment — navigating IT security, data classification, tool approvals, and building production-grade infrastructure within corporate constraints.
  • Knowledge architecture — how to classify, structure, and surface business knowledge so that retrieval is instant and the right context appears at the right time.
  • Stakeholder memory — who said what, what was promised, what changed since last quarter. The institutional context that no document captures.

Apply If You…

  • Have built a side project because you were curious, not because it was assigned
  • Read a 30-page report and instinctively know which 3 paragraphs matter
  • Have used an LLM from a terminal for something beyond chatting
  • Are the person your friends ask to “make sense of this”
  • Would rather build a system than repeat a task
  • Are comfortable saying “I don’t know yet, give me two hours”
