Job Description

1. Advanced Planning Execution

  • Own production and material planning for assigned value streams
  • Ensure supplier delivery performance and raw material availability
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels (RM, WIP, consignment stock)
  • Secure production plan adherence and minimize premium freight
  • Identify structural planning gaps and drive corrective actions

2. Project & System Leadership (Strategic Role)

  • Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA (LOP / LOM modules)
  • Lead logistics-related digital transformation projects
  • Define target processes aligned with Bosch standards and BPS principles
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, IT, Finance)
  • Manage project scope, timeline, risk, and milestone governance
  • Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and sustainable system adoption

3. Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Drive planning process optimization through PDCA and BPS
  • Develop KPI transparency and reporting structure
  • Lead improvement task forces when structural issues arise
  • Support logistics strategy and system roadmap of the plant

  • Supplier OTD
  • Inventory performance (coverage / turnover)
  • Production plan fulfillment (BTS)
  • Premium freight reduction
  • Successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA milestones
  • Process standardization & data accuracy

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field)

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in production and material planning
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
  • Experience in logistics/warehouse system implementation is a strong advantage
