• Support IT purchasing for ASEAN countries, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Philippines.
• Communicate and send request for quotations to local and oversea suppliers.
• Maintain and update the supplier database.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Purchasing Department.
• Handle and follow up on purchasing contracts.
• Support in raising Purchasing Orders on the system and sending to suppliers.
• Do other daily business assistance.

• Full-time student major in Economics, Supply chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, etc.
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
• Mandatory: English
• Time management skill, task management skill, critical thinking and patience.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Can-do attitude, eyes for detail and urge to develop and learn new things.
• High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality.
