1. Product Industrialization and Project Management产品产业化和项目管理：

1.Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, hydraulics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or automation.

机械、液压、机电一体化、电气工程或自动化学士学位及以上。

2.Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing or project management.

至少5年以上的制造或项目管理工作经验。

3.Good knowledge of manufacturing technology.

丰富的制造技术知识。

4.Good project management skills, familiar with the process of product relocation or new products from development to industrialization.

5.Experience in simultaneous engineering.

6.Systematic methodological and structured working style; strong coaching skills.
