Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Job Description

To oversee all SMT manufacturing operations, ensuring high‑quality PCBA output, on‑time production scheduling, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to automotive quality systems. This role demands strong SMT technical knowledge, leadership capability, and a continuous‑improvement mindset to maintain efficient, cost‑effective, and safe operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

Additional Information

Technical: 

  1. Manufacturing Experience in SMT
  2. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing / Digitalization.
  3. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
