Roles & Responsibilities :

• The purpose of this position is to handle end to end operations at multi-divisional distribution warehouse at a multiple locations in south-india.

• Responsible to manage external WH operations at single or multiple sides

• Point of contact for site Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management and also responsible for development 

• Driving warehouse improvement Projects through system CIP approach and target deployment targets

• Responsible for Daily & monthly performance management (KPI)

• Driving Warehouse maturity standards to reach maturity level of 3

• Driving HSE and Site security standards, deployment and adherence 

• Blocked stock management and reporting to business divisions

• Management of garbale sale and scrap incl storage, contracting, defacing, disposal and documentation

• Supporting Tendering process – RFQ preparation, technical evaluation, shortlisting, data validation etc.

• Warehouse Asset Management and contracting with AMC vendors
  LSP service validation and Coordination

• Execution of SAP test cases and technical upgradation related to business division systems

• Driving digitalization in warehouses

• Drive and moderate LFMEA workshops with service provider

Educational qualification:

Bachelor in Engineering  / supply chain management 

Experience :

• At-least 4 years of experience in supply chain field

• Min 2 years of experience of working / managing a warehouse area

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• SAP WM knowledge is highly desirable.

• Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & productivity applications

• Competent knowledge of warehouse distribution processes 

Preferred Skills :

• Competent problem-solving skills

• Competent interpersonal, communication and team lead skills
