Job Description
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyzing and evaluating existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity and quality.
- Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to process performance, quality metrics, and production output to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Investigating and troubleshooting process issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to resolve production problems and minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement: Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects, to drive process optimization and achieve operational excellence.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and maintenance, to ensure effective communication and coordination for process improvement projects.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts, FMEA, control plan to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to production teams to ensure proper implementation and adherence to optimized processes.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
- Project Management: Managing process improvement projects, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and reporting on project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering or other related majors
- At least 2years experience of lean production
- Good IE knowledge
- Good skill in MS office software(excel, powerpoint) and autocad
