Job Description

The intern will have the opportunity to acquire solid skills in the field of preventive maintenance, using a structured approach based on the principles of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Through the study and mapping of maintenance activities, the intern will be able to critically analyze production equipment, identify the actions required to ensure reliability, and define the appropriate intervention frequencies, with the goal of reducing machine downtime and increasing production efficiency.

A key aspect of the experience will be the use of the I-Fix system, a platform dedicated to computerized maintenance management. The intern will not only learn its operational functionalities but will also actively contribute to the digitalization and optimization of maintenance processes, supporting the integration of technical expertise and digital tools.

This program will allow the intern to develop highly valuable transversal skills, including:

  • Analytical skills, to interpret data and identify failure trends;

  • Problem-solving skills, to propose effective solutions to complex issues;

  • Teamworking skills, through collaboration with production and technical departments;

  • Application of continuous improvement methodologies in a dynamic industrial environment.

In summary, this experience will offer comprehensive growth that combines technical, digital, and methodological dimensions, preparing the intern to make a significant contribution to advanced maintenance and smart manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

  • Strong interest in maintenance engineering, reliability, and industrial processes

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
