Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead, to guide architectural decisions and engineering efforts, to support implementation as full stack developer and to ensure robust code quality. As a Co-Project Lead, the chosen will share responsibility and serve as stand-in for a major platform initiative.
Key responsabilities:
- Transparency and Governance: Improved visibility and enabling of IT governance by identifying overlaying solutions in our End2End processes.
- Operational Guidance and Standardization: Consistent and efficient process execution by users knowing which solution to use in which process step.
- Collaboration: Enhanced cooperation across different functional areas and plants to share solutions and knowledge.
- Support and Integration: Streamlined issue reporting and change management for solutions in the solution lifecycle.
- Scalability: Efficient leveraging of existing solutions and minimizing development efforts.
- AI and Automation: future implementation of AI-driven support to reduce human effort while chatbots are already connected to fasten information access.
- Enable the S4 DALI migration: Enabling the data analytics team to get a prioritized list of R3 tables that need to be translated to S4 and once done gives it back to the solution owner.
Qualifications
- University degree in information technology, mathematics, economics, business informatics or a comparable experience
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT development, or IT Project management
- Knowledge of IT product lifecycle, IT implementation, SaaS implementation
- Very strong in communication to articulate IT topics and lifelong learner
- Logical thinker with a positive attitude and a continuous learning mindset, with a drive to improve processes and help others
- Good leadership skills, initiative, creativity, costs awareness and sense of responsibility and commitment
- Solution and goal-oriented
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
